At 91 Miss Irene still walks everywhere. Last month she walked through a rain storm to visit me while I was shooting at her local park. Her hair was such a fright after walking through the rain. She didn't want her picture taken. So I made a deal with her that I would come back if she agreed to model for me. I came back and she once again walked to the park. This time I finally capture this incredible lady.
This picture is part of a living history exhibition for the Williamsport, MD museum. This is going to be only picture in color, and the center piece of the exhibit.
I'll post more information when the I get a date for when the exhibit will begin.
